Sick Note Recordings is a boutique recording facility run by producer and engineer John Bennett. We specialise in capturing authentic performances using a blend of handmade analogue gear and state-of-the-art digital technology. Whether you’re tracking in our countryside studio or on location, we provide a flexible, artist-focused environment to bring your music to life.

Studio Recording

Record in our dedicated live room (7x3m) with a dedicated iso booth for vocals and guitar cabs, or utilise various spaces within the house for diverse acoustics. We offer a comprehensive multitracking service up to sample rates of 192kHz/32bit (if necessary).

Mobile Recording

Our fully mobile rig allows us to bring the studio to you—be it a cottage, barn, or any unique location. We offer high-end tracking facilities wherever inspiration strikes.

Production & Mixing

From initial tracking to final mix, we offer comprehensive production services. If you’ve started a project and need professional assistance to complete it, we’re here to help.
